【摘要】:Adhesivesusedintherepairofsandwichpanelsfordurable,rigidwall,relocatablestructuresmusthaveacombinationofmechanicalpropertylevelsandenvironmentalresistancethatwillensurelong-termdurabilityoftheadhesivebondswhenexposedtosevereclimaticexposures.Inaddition,theseadhesivesmusthaveprocessabilitycharacteristicsthatpermittheiruseinavarietyofrepairscenariosandenvironments.Thisspecificationdefinesthosecharacteristicsthatarerequiredofadhesivestobeusedintherepairofsandwichpanelsfordurable,rigidwall,relocatablestructures.1.1Thisspecificationdefinesthosecharacteristicsthatarerequiredofadhesivestobeusedintherepairofsandwichpanelsfordurable,rigidwall,relocatablestructures.1.1.1Thisspecificationcoverstwo-partepoxyadhesivesuitableforbondingaluminumalloyfacingstononmetalliccore,coretocore,andcoretoperimeteraluminumextrusionframeintherepairofdurablerigidwallrelocatablestructures.Theadhesiveshallbesuitableforformingbondsthatwillwithstandexposuretotemperaturesfromx2212;54to93x00B0;C(x2212;65to199x00B0;F)andhighrelativehumidityandwillalsowithstandthecombinationsofstress,temperature,andrelativehumiditythatareexpectedtobeencounteredinservice.Theadhesiveshallalsobesuitableforthebondingofpanelinsertsandedgeattachments.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandardwhereonlySIunitsaregiven,orwhereSIunitsaregivenfirstfollowedbyinch-poundunits;whereinch-poundunitsaregivenfirstfollowedbySIunits,theinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsdescribedinthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
